Second time my wife and I have done business with them through our landlord. Their so nice and patient to explain their work that they preformed and gave us tips to ensure us from having the same issue. They always explain what they plan to do before starting service til the job is done and give an base estimate price. I called them because my kitchen sink was plugged. The garbage disposal couldn't handle potato peels. He was able to come and get it unclogged for me. While he was working, he noticed my fridge was off. He went out of his way to find the tripped breaker and get it running for me. That was beyond thoughtful if him. Great company! I worked with Mike and he got to my house in Spearfish quickly and got my hot water working for me, and even showed me how to fix it if it happened again.
