I called them because my kitchen sink was plugged. The garbage disposal couldn't handle potato peels. He was able to come and get it unclogged for me. While he was working, he noticed my fridge was off. He went out of his way to find the tripped breaker and get it running for me. That was beyond thoughtful if him.
