I called them because my kitchen sink was plugged. The garbage disposal couldn't handle potato peels. He was able to come and get it unclogged for me. While he was working, he noticed my fridge was off. He went out of his way to find the tripped breaker and get it running for me. That was beyond thoughtful if him. Recently I was out of town with my family still at home when we lost water at our home. A pressure reducing valve failed in our well house which also caused other failures on other components. Even if I was home the repairs were above my capabilities. Having worked with Mike and Jack before they were first on my call list. Knowing how busy all contractors are at this time of my expectations were low on getting anyone to house very quickly. However Mike answered my call and made room in his afternoon schedule to access the situation. After diagnosing and compiling a parts list he returned the very next day and had us up and running.
